Welcome to the CANOPY TOURS COSTA RICA Terms of Use agreement.

CANCELLATION BY GUESTS

Unavoidable situations may arise changing your plans that necessitate having to cancel or change your trip plan. We understand that. We provide you with a generous 72-hour
cancellation policy for individual bookings, and 7 days for groups, group deposits are non refundable. Please note that our trips depart rain or shine.

However, please understand that once your trip is booked we reserve your space, assign staff and resources to ensure your trip runs smoothly. Since few of these costs are recoverable at the
last minute, buy tiktok account cancellations or reschedules inside of 72 hours (7 days for groups) of your scheduled trip departure are non refundable and you will be fully charged.

Although we rarely cancel our trips, Canopy Tours Costa Rica reserves the right to cancel any trips due to low or dangerously high water levels, weather and related conditions or insufficient
bookings, a full refund will be made available in this event.

LIABILITY

Although we take every precaution to ensure that you have a safe and fun trip, white water rafting, ATV Tours, Canopy Tours, hiking and the activities offered in this Site do have inherent
risks. A release/waiver must be signed prior to the trip and is a condition of participation.

Any child under the age of 16 (without a license) must be a passenger. All children / non
drivers can enjoy the adventure as a passenger.

Driven by an adult or with a guide. ATV passengers must be 5 years of age or older. Buggy passengers must be 2 years of age or older.

•All Off-Road Tours & Vehicle Rentals require a deposit.

• If no damage is caused to the vehicle, there will be no charge.

• All riders / drivers must obey the guide’s directions.

• All drivers & passengers should wear closed toe shoes & and proper clothing.

• All drivers & passengers will be required to sign a waiver indicating their knowledge of
responsibilities.

• It is the responsibility of the guests to advise if anyone under 16 will be riders (passengers)

• All drivers must be 16 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.

• Passport (Drivers license isn’t valid without it)

• Drivers License (Motorcycle’s require motorcycle license)

• Credit Card (Security deposit)

Please understand that these requirements are a MUST, and without these requirements the tour / rental will not be completed.
